| We are a
small circle of musicians who perform song recitals, music for weddings,
background music for receptions, music for costumed re-enactments, or
Shakespeare plays, or in any other capacity, as requested. We can
perform programmes of lute music, lute songs, folk songs, violin music,
madrigals and partsongs and (with an actress/reader) Elizabethan
evenings.
Our ensemble formed in 2002, and we have since played at weddings, private functions, and at the Lute Society in London; forthcoming engagements include recitals in the Leicester Early Music Festival, the Langholme and Eskdale Arts Festival, and for the Schubert Society, and at Kentwell Hall, Suffolk, and the King of Hearts Arts Centre, Norwich. We can provide a programme of lute music and lute songs very suitable for weddings. Our fees are negotiable, according to size of venue, and the number of performers you wish to hire.
